Who is responsible

What this site collects

Nothing from you directly. The site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no scripts. If we ever need strictly necessary security cookies, we'll update this notice.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address when it delivers the page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in serving the site and protecting it from abuse (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

If you email us

If you write to support@writeasongfor.me, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your questions (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We do not add you to any mailing list and do not sell your message. We keep the correspondence for up to 12 months after the last reply, then delete it.

Who receives the data

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and routes our support email. Google (Gmail) provides the mailbox that receives forwarded support mail. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to support@writeasongfor.me. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
